Return Policy
Refunds
K Parts hereby reserves the right to a 1-week return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your item needs to be returned to the selling branch. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it. No item will be refunded without inspection.
- If it is found that the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you initiate the return after the 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you do not have proof of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Starting a Return:
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@kparts.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Specific Cases:
- If you ordered a part and it was delivered correctly as per the specified part number, the client will be responsible for arranging the return of the part if they lodge a return claim.
- You can always contact us for any return-related questions at sales@kparts.co.za.
Refund Process:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Important Note:
K Parts reserves the right to withhold any refund unless the part has been returned and inspected. No refunds will be processed without an inspection of the returned part.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, as mentioned below:
- Special-ordered parts cannot be refunded.
- We also do not accept returns for any liquids.
- Electronic items purchased are not eligible for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Free Shipping: For orders of 2,000 Rand or more.
- Shipping Fee: 100~200 Rand for orders under 2,000 Rand (Additional fees apply for island/mountainous areas [Individual contact]).
- Bulky/Heavy Items: Additional shipping fees may be included in the product price.
- Delivery Period: 2–4 days from the payment date (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Island Areas & PO Boxes: Delivery takes 2–5 days.
- Out of Stock: We will contact you individually if a part is difficult to supply due to a shortage in headquarters inventory.
🛠️ After-Sales (A/S) Service
- Defective Items: 100% exchange or refund is available for any defects or flaws in the product.
- Change of Mind: Customers must bear the shipping cost for exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind.
- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.

- The delivered product is broken, damaged, or contaminated.
- 7 days have passed since the delivery was completed.
- The product has been unpacked and installed.

💳 Refund Policy
- Defective Returns: Card payment cancellation and refund will be processed upon returning a defective product.
- Change of Mind Returns: Refunds will be processed after deducting the round-trip shipping fee once the product arrives and is inspected.
- Ordering Errors: If you inevitably cancel or return due to an ordering error, a refund will be processed according to company regulations after a 20% deduction (Only possible if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product).
